If you're looking to kick your coffee habit, then tea may be a good replacement! Tea contains a considerably less amount of caffeine - and you can find a lot of tea that are caffeine as well. Reducing or eliminating caffeine may help if you experience jitters, anxiety, and trouble sleeping. 

Tea helps fight off cold and flus as well - especially those teas that contain herbal immune boosters such as: echinacea, ginger, liquorice, elderberry, and astragalus to name a few. Add a little bit of honey in as well if you have a sore throat!
